The room was clean. It had a large, modern bathroom with a great shower. The staff provided smooth check-in service. I found the room standard similar to a Premier Inn.

the location provided easy access to the city center for all activities the beds were very comfortable offering restful sleep the room was kept very clean maintaining a fresh environment

The room featured a very modern bathroom with a great shower. The location suited my needs perfectly. It was ideal for my planned activities.

The car park was a seven-minute walk from the hotel.

pleasant city stay

helpful staff comfortable beds central location

the staff was friendly and helpful. they were very accommodating whenever possible. the beds were comfortable and i slept well (which is always a plus). i loved the location for accessing the city's main areas.

the hotel lacked on-site parking, so i paid for overnight parking nearby.

Surprising stay

friendly receptionist ample storage clean bathroom helpful staff

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. My room had enough storage for my clothes. The bathroom was clean, and the tv WORKED well. I found the reception staff lovely. They helped me find my room since there were several twists and turns.

The windows cannot be opened, so the room felt stuffy despite the air conditioning.

The staff were very accommodating and service-oriented. A portuguese girl who checked me in was so helpful. This made my arrival smoother. Their assistance was most WELCOMED .

The room provided was spacious with ample storage for luggage. There were several mirrors of different sizes in the room. The bed was a good size and comfortable. I found numerous pillows provided.

The continental breakfast had ample options including fresh croissants. I enjoyed the porridge pot. The selection of fresh fruit was nice. Coffee available was LUSH too, a perfect start to the day.

the bed was super comfortable, i must say. the bathroom also included nice features (i liked the design). the central location was convenient, as well.

There were no parking facilities. I had to pay for overnight parking elsewhere. amenities like an iron or ironing board were not available at the hotel (which was inconvenient). although advertised, there were no bar facilities operational.
