The hotel is in a superb city center location in Aberdeen, making it perfect for sightseeing and accessing all the city has to offer. The rooms are spacious and offer a great view, but the cushion-less furniture might not be to everyone's liking. The service provided, especially by the receptionist, was exceptional, with assistance offered promptly for any request. The dining experience was satisfactory, although some items were added for an extra cost. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay overall.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room had a fantastic view of the harbor although it was missing some cushions, the service was top-notch with the receptionist going above and beyond to assist with every request, the location was perfect for exploring Aberdeen, and the dining experience was included and featured delicious home-baked Alentejo bread. The facilities were excellent, making my stay memorable.
The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center, offering fantastic views across the dock. The rooms are lovely with nice touches and an excellent shower, however, the dining selection could be expanded. The service, especially at the reception desk, is top-notch. Great value for the price paid.
